Domestic U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States on all orders over $50.

• Orders under $50 are charged standard shipping rates at checkout.
• Orders are processed during regular business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

• East Coast U.S.: 3–7 business days
• Other U.S. Regions: 3–10 business days
• International Orders: 7–10 business days via FedEx International Economy

Express & Overnight Shipping

FedEx Next Day or Overnight shipping may be available upon request at additional cost.

Puerto Rico

Standard shipping to Puerto Rico is available for a flat rate of $25.

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees.
• International shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customs delays are outside of our control.
• Debbie Katz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Debbie Katz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages or reshipments.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Debbie Katz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
