We want you to love your Debbie Katz purchase. If you need to request a return or exchange, please review our policy carefully before sending any item back.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible full-price items only.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke odor, pet hair, or any signs of wear will not be accepted.
- Items returned damaged, worn, altered, or without tags may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Debbie Katz is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Jewelry
- Scarves
- Handbags
- Items marked Final Sale
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after delivery to our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
International Orders
International duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees related to international returns.
