For hygiene reasons jewelry is final sale, so it can't be returned, exchanged or refunded. If something arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.

When will my order arrive?
Orders leave Miami within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2–4 business days on the East Coast and up to 7 to California and the West Coast, with tracking by email.

Almost — silver is polished by hand and natural stones carry their own tone and veining. Small differences from piece to piece are what make yours singular.
